The company has adopted the worst tradidions of management, which are sometimes met in small buisnesses. As far as I can conclude employers of lower rank waive of their constitutional rights only not to be dismissed. God far be it from a private executor to oppose to his incompetent chief. Ass-licking has gone too far. Senior managers treat their subordinates as mules, every time threaten them with dismissal and problems with job-seeking in front of clients and other employees. What strikes me most of all is chiefs' attitude to clients. Firstly, we are not Your property, secondly we aren't Your allies against Your employees (at least I am not). The last statement is of greater importance. An empoloyee is not protected against clients who abuse their rights. On the contrary, Ingosstrakh encourages clients to write complaints on members of personnel, engaged in communicating with clientele. It is especially obvious when a worker is not very much honoured among others because of being opponent to corporative regime. Nobody tries to find a grain of truth in his ideas.
Unfortunately I failed to memorize that young man, who considered my file in Kirov, but I hold that Ingosstrakh doesn't deserve multilingual employees bacause of its personnel policy. But for some reasons I'm convinced that his majors were not satisfied with his client-oriented thinking. Considering my case fell out the list of his duties, but I caught that even if there had been bases for compensation I would have hardly had a half of it. It's a mauvais ton in Europe to pay only after court's judgement or bailiff's order. The company's subordinates appear to be more decent and diligent than tops even taken together.
But could it be otherwise if the insurer prefers to have inofficial links with statesmen, and one of tops is a former soviet prosecutor ! I know it from Internet )). I believe he doesn't feel shamed a minute for his career in repressive machinery, hostile to human rights and freedoms. Leaving him alone I turn to the President: mind female managers' awkward and careless governing personnel. In Belgium they would be first to be immediately dismissed.
